How is the CMSL program delivered?
The CMSL Certificate runs over 5 weeks as live online sessions, twice every weekend. It is certified by the CPD United Kingdom Standard Office and includes a mock MSL assessment.
How is the mock assessment conducted?
It is a structured, case-based evaluation that simulates a real MSL scenario:
• Case assignment: you receive a case and prepare a presentation.
• Live presentation: you present to the instructor and are scored on a standardized assessment form.
• Feedback & improvement: detailed strengths, gaps and tips, with the option to repeat after applying the feedback.
The program has already started. Can I still join?
Yes. Join now to receive recordings of previous sessions, attend the remaining live sessions, and re-attend the full program live in the next round at no additional cost. Or wait and start fresh with the upcoming cohort.
How do you support me before a real MSL interview?
Once you're invited to an MSL interview or assessment, you get a structured preparation plan tailored to your timeline, guided assignments with personalized feedback, and a mock interview and mock assessment. Please give us at least one week's notice for full support.
I'm a Clinical Pharmacist. Can I join?
Yes. Around 90% of MSLs are promoted from Product Specialist roles, so a direct move from clinical pharmacy is possible but more competitive. The program prepares you for the MSL assessment and helps you identify the most effective pathway for your background.
