  Around 90% of MSLs are promoted internally from Product Specialist roles. Only 10% come from non-traditional backgrounds such as clinical pharmacists, clinical research organizations, or medical teams in advertising agencies.

• Is it possible?
  Yes, transitioning from clinical pharmacy directly to an MSL role is possible—but less common and more competitive.

• Will the CMSL Program help?
  Absolutely. The program gives you a deep understanding of the MSL role and prepares you for the MSL assessment.
